The housing market in Spain is skyrocketing at the moment.
The new-build homes within the Costa Blanca South and Costa Calida are no longer available. The sales are going so fast that if you often wait a day, the house is already sold. Where normally an update of changes takes place every month, this is now daily. Why would this be so, there are several theories about it.
One would be that it has to do with corona, people have spent a lot of time scouring the internet for houses in Spain. The other theory is that corona has taught us that life is relative and that people may need to live their dreams faster.
