The Dutch are investing massively in Spain

At the moment, the Dutch are investing a lot in Spanish real estate. And as the current price is, this is a stable investment today. Care must be taken where and in what you buy. Not all homes provide the desired return. At the moment, new construction purchases in the Costa Blanca South and Costa Calida provide the most return. New-build homes must meet current requirements and insulation values. In addition, many people buy a home to rent out, in this case a lot of second-hand homes fall off. To rent out a house, the house must have at least energy certificate C. Many homes of 6 and older do not have that. And there will be a lot of costs involved to get this done. Compare with an old car, you can make it so beautiful, the value will not increase. There is still a price increase in the housing market in these regions.

At the moment, your money no longer yields anything if it is in the bank, and in some cases even negative interest may arise. More and more people are investing it in bricks and are trying to earn a return that way. Imagine; you rent your home for 3 weeks in the high season, this will cover most of the costs, all weeks around it is pure profit. If you enter a project early, you can take advantage of the launch prices. The price is 5% to 10% cheaper than later in the process.

It is Dutch to wait, to think a lot, to scour the entire internet to see if there is really nothing better to find than what has been seen, then you are 2 weeks further and guess what... the desired home is sold. The house is selling so quickly that the time is simply not there. Or it must be accepted that the same house in the next line is 15% more expensive.
