At DroomHuisSpanje, we have chosen to have every team member complete a recognised Spanish real estate course. This ensures that everyone in our office has the knowledge needed to guide our clients professionally and expertly.

We guide you from start to finish throughout the purchasing process. Where necessary, we put you in touch with trusted, independent professionals such as lawyers, notaries, banks and other specialists. Thanks to our many years in Spain, we have built an extensive and reliable network.

We are still here for you after the purchase

Our support does not end when the purchase agreement is signed or the keys are handed over. You can also turn to us afterwards for all kinds of practical matters relating to your new property.

This includes internet and television, household appliances, air conditioning, furnishing, landscaping and other matters involved in preparing a property in Spain for use.

This means you continue to have a trusted Dutch-speaking point of contact after the purchase.

We receive the prices and availability of new-build developments directly from the property developers and regularly review and update this information.

Have you seen the same property or development advertised elsewhere at a different price? Let us know. We will immediately check the current price and availability with the property developer.
